This is designed specifically for forum moderators

Mods are FORUM administrators. These admins do not have authority on chat as they are specifically trained to handle forum related situations.

Forum moderators will have a captain, who they will report to. the captain will be considered a warden

moderators do not have access to admin panel or user history, only the captain
